Chalk Ideas provides AI-generated idea suggestions and assessments. The service is offered in beta and may change at any time. Nothing here is professional advice — please also read our Disclaimer.

• Provide accurate information and keep your email current.
• Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be 16 or older to create an account.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, resell, or republish the idea bank or the site's content at scale.
• Abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service or its APIs.
• Use the service for anything illegal, fraudulent, or infringing.
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.

Ideas, scores, and assessments are produced by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. We make no guarantee that an idea is novel, buildable, or free of prior art. Verify everything independently before acting.

You own the content you submit (for example, idea assessments and comments). To run the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store and process that content, including sending it to our AI and web-search providers as needed.

The site design, scoring logic, and code are owned by Chalk Ideas. The underlying source signals belong to their respective originators — we summarize public information and attribute it on each idea page, which lists the sources that idea was drawn from. All trademarks are the property of their owners.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chalk Ideas and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from decisions made based on ideas, scores, or assessments on this site.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or expose the service to risk.

We may update these terms and the service over time. If we make material changes, we'll do our best to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
